The tragic loss of life and senseless violence that occurred in San Bernadino on April 10th causes us all to pause. We mourn with the families and community that lost loved ones. It also causes us to review our own processes. I understand that our fingerprinting policies can be hard on busy families, but it is all to keep your children safe. It is also why we do not allow parents to take things to their children after the bell has rung, and why family members that want to visit the children during lunch must also be fingerprinted. We work hard to keep your children safe and appreciate your cooperation as we adhere to the policies that help us do so. We will add the names of those who died to our prayer list and will pray for all those who suffer from domestic violence.
