St. Joseph School is a member of the Diocese of Orange Parochial Athletic League (PAL). Boys and girls in grades 6-7-8 are eligible to play on the "A" teams. Boys and girls in grades 5 & 6 are eligible to play on the "B" teams.

St. Joseph School plays in the PAL Central League, Division II, along with St. Anne School, Our Lady of the Pillar School, Immaculate Heart of Mary School, St. Joachim School, and Our Lady Queen of the Angels School. Boy's sports include football in the fall, basketball in the winter, and volleyball in the spring. Girl's sports include volleyball in the fall, basketball in the winter, and softball in the spring. In addition to these sports a track meet for boys and girls, grades 1-8 is planned for the spring.
